"I've always had a really good time there." Obviously you can't recall your huge OTB you had there last season when your bike got rag dolled and your rear tire exploded on impact of a tree!
It depends entirely what your expectations are, for instance I think Gee was probably right to seem pissed off about 4th or 5th (?) this year, considering last year he won there and took the overall
Gees back wheel destroyed itself in his run, he was lucky to pull 5th in reality - not an ideal situation but probably the best damage limitation he could hope for given the circumstances.
Great edit guys, very professional and a great feel to it. Only crit. is that the shot at 2:40 is wack as, what's up with the excessively high amount of blue from all the shots from then onwards to 4:15?
I'm sure that a few shots that were most likely mixed up in the process of actually filming, shouldn't have them put to shame for the whole several other minutes of the edit, not to mention countless other great edits produced by them. I agree, it's not professional for that to occur, but everything else in the edit was spot on. Being a filmer myself, I know exactly what it's like to f*ck up crucial shots in a race edit due to technical fault of a camera. It's not desirable, but these things happen. I'm sure you can look past that and appreciate the rest of the awesome work that's been put into this edit.
