"I've always had a really good time there."
Obviously you can't recall your huge OTB you had there last season when your bike got rag dolled and your rear tire exploded on impact of a tree!

Good to see Simmonds up and at 'em again. Was at the race that he crashed at, very nasty.

I like it when a rider has a good attitude like Lukas. I hate it so much when you have a rider who bitches about 4th place being bad

It depends entirely what your expectations are, for instance I think Gee was probably right to seem pissed off about 4th or 5th (?) this year, considering last year he won there and took the overall

Gees back wheel destroyed itself in his run, he was lucky to pull 5th in reality - not an ideal situation but probably the best damage limitation he could hope for given the circumstances.

Great edit guys, very professional and a great feel to it.
Only crit. is that the shot at 2:40 is wack as, what's up with the excessively high amount of blue from all the shots from then onwards to 4:15?

Sorry, I fail to see why they need to stop? Pretty sure it's Stu Thompson and Aaron Bartlett, and they do a bang up good job!

I'm sure that a few shots that were most likely mixed up in the process of actually filming, shouldn't have them put to shame for the whole several other minutes of the edit, not to mention countless other great edits produced by them.
I agree, it's not professional for that to occur, but everything else in the edit was spot on. Being a filmer myself, I know exactly what it's like to f*ck up crucial shots in a race edit due to technical fault of a camera. It's not desirable, but these things happen.
I'm sure you can look past that and appreciate the rest of the awesome work that's been put into this edit.

Damn, thats a bit of a come down after riding Intense, but I guess its the rider not the bike anyway.

They are on the Nukeproof Scalp:
http://www.pinkbike.com/news/chain-reaction-cycles-nukeproof-scalp-interview-2011.html

It's definitely both Teamdoa, but the Scalp seems to be a pretty solid bike, and for what it's worth they look pretty sick in the flesh.

Why is it that whenever I watch a british bike vid, I get the impression that the brits have horrible taste in music?

They were on Intense last season

This season they are on the new Nuke Proof Scalp DH Frame

So for the 4X I would imagine they would use the Nuke Proof Snap 4X Frame

But looking at pictures from Fort William it does look like they are using the Intense Tazer HT for the 4X
